We include weManageReact™ which places your server front and center in our network operations center, and if your server at any time becomes unreachable, one of our on support techs will immediately begin addressing the situation. To round out our bundle, we include weManageAlert™ which will notify you via email when services for your hosting become unreachable.

You may then contact support or turn the issue over to internal staff at your organization. weManageAlert™ will notify you via email when services for your hosting become unreachable. Reactive weManageAlert™ notification uses the same notification system as weManageReact™, but is geared to uManageAll™ customers.

We offer you the ability to create domain level backups for version control and we provide disaster recovery backup of domain and configuration settings of your account. Backup data is stored on a storage system that is separated from the storage system for live data for disaster recovery backup.
